Supply metal structure with the following.

- send for galvanized after welding
- all pipes (B pipe) OD with min 2" and thickness 3.5 mm
- Good and durable joining method and welding standard to counter stress condition in the sea
- 1 set of metal cage should be able to place 32 pieces of drums (e.g. 8 drums on each side)
